Re-Centering

I'm feeling a little off-kilter. Nothing's quite wrong, but nothing's quite right either. I don't know if it's the stress of traveling, or worrying about the upcoming (paying) photo shoot I have, but I haven't been impressed with my pictures lately. I've decided I might just be trying too hard, my confidence weakening. So I went back to "basics" - just me, Addy, and the back yard.

There. Feeling better already.

Kelly- How simple it can be to get back to inspiration. I find that when its just Ava and some grass, or Ava sitting on the chair in our living room- something magical can happen with the camera. But, when you are preparing for it, you have realistic expectations of photos that naturally may not be what you get and it can be frustrating. I love ALL your pictures ;) XO

Kelly, these are all great pics. What kind of camera do you have?

Thanks Kasandra :)
Heather - I use a Sony Alpha 230. It's an entry-level DSLR, but I couldn't be happier with it!
