Post Irene Post
We were so lucky. By the time Irene hit us, it was a tropical storm. And Winchester was in a "sweet spot" that didn't get much storming at all. There are devastating pictures of flooding north, south, and west of Boston, from Vermont to North Carolina. We did lose power for 10 seconds during the storm, and then for about 30 minutes late Sunday night.
